"Sunshine View" is licensed for 12 guests. 10 guests can be accommodated within the 5 bedrooms and a further 2 guests can use the sofa bed located in the loft lounge/den area.

Having had 3 children of our own who have been traveling to Florida since they were babies we know how important it is not to have to carry too much baby equipment. This is why we have the following;

Children's non breakable plates, dishes, cups, plastic knifes and forks etc

"Sunshine View" is just 9.5 miles from Walt Disney World Maingate so it is 10 - 15 minutes depending on the time of day. Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are just 20 - 25 minutes.

Both of the wonderful coasts are within easy traveling distance.

With the magnificent white sands of the Gulf Coast at St Petersburgh and Anna Maria Island

or

alternatively the amazing Atlantic Coast and Cocoa beach and the awe inspiring Kennedy Space Centre.

The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and gardens are tended to at least weekly.

Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional cost.

We will send you full instructions for the villa. This will include directions from the airport you are flying into or if you are driving from the main Interstate.

Included with the instructions will be the necessary door code and gate codes so you can go directly to the villa and start enjoying your vacation and all of the amenities that "Sunshine View" has to offer.

Yes, the pool can be heated on request ( an additional fee applies).

We would recommend pool heating from mid October through to the end of April - but the choice is yours.

There is a large Publix store just a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate Plaza.

If you prefer WalMart then you will not be disappointed there is a large superstore just 15 minutes away on the US27 and a Target just 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

Welcome grocery packs can be arranged and the cost will be dependent on what is required.

An indication would be US$45 to include:

Large pack of tea, large pack of ground coffee, large bottle of Coke, loaf of bread, 4 pack of butter, large jar of jam, large pack of biscuits, large pack of crisps, orange juice and large milk

If you were to add bacon, eggs, cornflakes, large pack of hash browns - US $60

A huge selection of shopping malls, shops, stores, restaurants, diners, takeaways etc. are all located within 5-15 minutes.

We will provide you with details of our Management Company. Kevin and Christine are committed like ourselves to ensuring that you have a fantastic time whilst staying at "Sunshine View". They are contactable 24 hours per day but we do ask that you only contact them outside of normal 9 - 5 hours for emergencies only.

We hope that you don't have any problems with the amenities at "Sunshine View" while you are there however, on occasions this may happen and we ask that you phone Kevin and Christine so they are able to rectify this as soon as possible.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we do not allow smoking inside the villa.

We have a strict no pets policy

The Westhaven Community ClubHouse recently opened in Summer 2010 and our guests can use these facilties free of charge.

There are the following facilties;

2 Tennis Courts

Volley Ball Court

Community Swimming Pool with lounge chairs, tables & chairs. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty

Table Tennis Room

Gym including weights machine, 2 Treadmills, Cross Trainer and a fitness bike.

There are also couches, coffee tables and a vending machine.

WiFi is due to be installed shortly as well.
