There is plenty of poolside deep padded furniture /recliners to relax on and soak up that Florida sunshine and we have even extended the deck so you can catch those rays all day long.
If you require some shade there is always the covered lanai and an exterior fan as also been fitted just in case you require that extra breeze.
After the sun has gone down you can still enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi by switching on the fibre optic pool lights and pool deck lights.
An added featured to save you having to go back into the main house are the full bathroom facilities on the deck including your very own cabana shower.
Games Room
A real hit and guaranteed fun for guests of all ages.
Complete with an 8ft 1" slate bed billiard table, full set of balls, cues, chalk, rests, table cover and complemented by overhead lighting. Then there is the table tennis table complete with net, bats and balls or would you prefer to play electronic darts - choose from 38 different games. Two large oscillating fans keep this area cool and four bar stools, table and a CD player have been added for you enjoyment.
Family Room
WOW, this is so different to anything you would find in the UK with high vaulted ceilings and an open plan staircase leading upstairs. There are magnificent triple sliding glass doors that lead onto the spacious pool deck giving you panoramic picturesque views of the conservation area. This beautiful spacious family room provides a fantastic area where you can relax recalling memories and chatting about the thrills of the theme parks, the fantastic day on the golf course or even the many bargains you have found whilst out shopping. With sumptuous sofas and a fabulous armchair, designer coffee table and matching decorative lamps. For your viewing pleasure there is a fantastic 47" Flat Screen TV with HD cable, DVD player and a large selection of 60+ DVD's where we are sure you will find a movie to suit or why not dock your I-Pod and sit back and listen to your favorite music. Alternatively challenge your family and friends to a game on our new Wii Console. It is a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
Loft Lounge / Den Area
Having magnificent panoramic views of the ever changing conservation area this is the ideal 'chill out' area. There are 2 sumptuous sofas with one converting into a sofa bed if required and gorgeous designer table and side tables. You will also find located here the computer with free 24/7 unlimited high speed wireless internet access. This allows you to surf the web and keep in touch with family and friends letting them know what a memorable holiday you are having. Or, why not bring your own laptop and check out those e-mails while relaxing by the pool or anywhere in the villa.
Dining Room
A perfect place to grab a snack or eat a delicious three course meal whilst looking out over the pool deck onto the beautiful conservation and wetlands area. A large table and 8 chairs allows for formal dining whilst enjoying the views out of the double French sliding doors to the pool and beyond.
Master 1 & Ensuite Bathroom
Retire to this magnificent master suite at the end of a magical day.
With the massive American size King Bed with luxury gold and cream linens, matching drapes and decorative accents all make this a truly relaxing and calm retreat. You even have your own private access to the massive pool deck and glistening pool via double sliding doors, where you can sit and enjoy the amazing sunrise, listen to the dawn chorus before the birds fly away for the day and then take that early morning revitalising swim in the pool. Elegantly furnished with matching dresser and nightstands, lamps and those all important designer touches. A 22" flat screen TV, DVD player, telephone, alarm clock are all there for your convenience and enjoyment. To the other side of the bedroom is a corridor with built in closet, a WC room and at the end of the corridor is the huge walk in shower, roman corner garden tub, his and her sinks with large vanity mirrors with theatre lights and mirrored vanity cabinets.
Master 2 & Ensuite Bathroom
Accessed by its own gallery landing walk way and occupying the whole of one side of the villa upstairs this elegant master bedroom will delight any discerning guest. Sumptuous furnishings with a large comfortable queen size bed, large dresser with matching nightstands, decorative accents. Stylish walk in wardrobe, flat screen 22" HD cable TV with built in DVD player, private telephone. To top it all your very own ensuite facilities consisting of a WC, a bath shower combination and washbasin with mirror and vanity unit and stool.
Queen Bedroom 3
Located at the front of the house and adjacent to one of the bathrooms you will find the charming Queen Bed Room. Tastefully decorated in peach and cream themes with matching accents makes this a wonderful calming room to retire to at the end of a day. Furnished with an American Queen size bed (equivalent to a UK King size), with matching chest of drawers and nightstands, and a built in clothes closet. To complete the room there is a flat screen cable TV, DVD player and alarm clock.
Twin Themed Bedroom
Located at the front of the house you will find the Winnie The Pooh themed room. Pooh Bear and friends are waiting to greet our younger guests. With beautiful bright linens, walk in clothes closet, chest of drawers and a nightstand.They have their own wall mounted 19" flat screen HD cable TV, DVD player, X Box games console, dual controllers and games. There is also a large selection of soft toys, games, reading and colouring books for younger children to enjoy.
Twin Bedroom
The second twin bedroom features two beds, a large chest of drawers as well as a large clothes closet and nightstand. Beautifully decorated with matching bed linens,decorative pillows and window dressings. The room benefits from cable TV and even a Play Station 2 with two controllers, memory cards and a selection of games suitable for all ages.
Bathrooms
In addition to the two master suites there are another 4 bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are located upstairs and both comprise of his and her sinks, bath and shower combinations and toilets. The one bathroom is located next to the Queen Bedroom and the other is adjacent to the twin bedroom.
For you convenience hairdryers and an abundance of bath towels and bath sheets are provided in all bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a further toilet comprising of a toilet and washbasin.
Finally outside on the pool deck to save you having to come back into the villa you will find the last of the bathrooms, again with a toilet and hand basin. A cabana shower is also provide on the pool deck.
Kitchen
Whether you are cooking a family meal or just a quick snack, you will find everything you could need with deluxe appliances- refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, electric range, new built in microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal.
All house wares are already there for your use ranging from dinnerware for 12 persons, electric kettle, coffee maker, corkscrew to plastic tumblers and plates for our younger guests. A large selection of unbreakable dinnerware is also provided for use on the pool deck.
A casual breakfast bar with three bar stools provides an informal eating area that separates the kitchen and dining room. An ideal place to grab a coffee and sit and relax whilst listening to one of the many music CDs.
