We can accommodate up to 10 guests in the 5 bedrooms.
 

Having had children of our own and now grandchildren who have been traveling to Florida since they were babies we know how important it is not to have to carry too much baby equipment. This is why we have the following;
2 Strollers
2 High Chairs
2 Travel Cribs
Cot linens, Microwave steriliser, changing mat, blender
Children's non breakable plates, dishes, cups, plastic spoons, knifes and forks etc.
 

Yes, the pool can be heated on request (an additional fee applies).
We would recommend pool & spa heating from mid October through to the end of April - but the choice is yours and you can decide once you are at the villa if you are unsure.
If you would like the pool & spa heated during the summer months (June - September) please contact us for rates.
We have now moved over to using a liquid pool blanket so there is no cumbersome pool blanket to remove before you swim.
 

'Sunshine View' is just 9.5 miles from Walt Disney World Maingate timings depend on the time of day. Disney Hollywood Studios 12 miles, Magic Kingdom 14 miles, Sea World 17 miles and Universal Studios 22 miles.
Both coasts are within easy traveling distance, so you have the choice of the magnificent white sands of the Gulf Coast at St Petersburg and Anna Maria Island or alternatively the amazing Atlantic Coast and Cocoa Beach and the awe inspiring Kennedy Space Centre.
If you do decide to go to the beach we have beach chairs, umbrellas, sand anchors, a wheel along cooler box and beach mats which you are welcome to use.
 

The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The pool is serviced weekly and the gardens are tended to.

 

A gas BBQ/Grill is available to hire through our Management Company or we can provide you with 3rd party supplier details so you can choose the type of Grill/ BBQ that you require and arrange yourself. The indicative cost is; US$110 for a 2 burner gas grill for up to 14 days.
Please let us know if you require this optional extra and we will confirm if our Management Company have one available and the actual cost.
The BBQ/Grill will be delivered to the villa but must be used outside of the pool screen and under no circumstances on the pool deck or in the games area.
BBQ tools are already provided at the villa.
 

All of our guests can use the West Haven Community Club House free of charge. The Club House is open from 5am - 10pm, the swimming pool hours depends on the time of year. There are the following facilities;
2 Tennis or Pickle Ball courts - we provide tennis racquets and balls for your use.
Volley Ball Court.
Community Swimming Pool with loungers and chairs. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty.
Table Tennis room.
Gym including weights rack, treadmills, cross trainers, fitness bike, rowing machine and various weights.
There are also couches, tables & chairs, TV and WiFi installed.
Please note anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised when using these facilities.
 

We will provide you with details of our local Management Company. They are committed like ourselves to ensure that you have a fantastic time whilst staying at 'Sunshine View'. Please take time to read their information folder when you first arrive at the villa as this will provide important information. For non emergency matters their business hours are 8am - 7pm Monday to Saturday. Outside of business hours calls go to voicemail, but all messages are monitored so that any emergencies can be dealt with as promptly as possible.
We hope that you don't have any problems with the amenities at 'Sunshine View' while you are there however, on occasions this may happen and we ask that you phone our Management Company so they are able to rectify this as soon as possible.
 

We will send you full instructions for the villa. This will include directions from the airport you are flying into or if you are driving from the main Interstate.
Included with the directions will be the necessary alarm & door code and gate code so that you can go directly to the villa and start enjoying your vacation and all of the amenities that 'Sunshine View' has to offer.
 

For the comfort and safety of all of our guests we do not allow smoking or vaping inside of the villa or on the pool deck.
We have a strict no animals policy.
 

There is a large Publix store just a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate Plaza.
If you prefer Walmart then you will not be disappointed there are 2 local superstores just 15 minutes away either at Cagans Crossing on the US27 or at Old Lake Wilson Road located at the junction with US192.
A huge selection of shopping malls, shops, restaurants and takeaways are all located within 5 - 15 minutes.
 

All travellers to the USA are now required to complete an online ESTA application prior to travel. This replaces the US visa waiver program and without it you wont be able to travel! We use the official US Government US Customs & Border Protection website. Click here to visit ESTA Applications
