New high speed internet. Landscaping at the side of the house. New glass mosiac backsplashes added to kitchen.

July - Sept 22 - New roof, new 75" 4k UHD Smart TV in the family room, 55" TV in Master 1 bedroom, new fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, new comforters in twin bedrooms. Air conditioning serviced. New kitchen bar stools. General maintenance including painting, power washing, gardening.
Jan/Feb/Mar 22 - New carpets throughout. New formal dining table & chairs for 10 guests, new table decor,napkins, placemats. Total refurb & decoration of loft lounge including new corner sofa with chaise, wall art & cushions. New family room rug & sofa cushions. New electric steam mop. New wall art. Basket for pool towels. Air con serviced. General maintenance including painting, power washing, gardening.

Oct 21 - total refurb and decoration of Master Suite 1 including new carpet, new bed, nightstands, bed side lamps, dresser, mirror, bed linens, curtains. New bed linens for Master Suite 2, Queen Bedroom and Twin bedroom, Kitchen refurb,new bar stools, new lighting in kitchen and dining room, pool cage power washed, pool deck repainted, pool furniture cleaned, front driveway power washed.
